This is the support page for our new business class email service. This enhanced service now includes a 25 gig mailbox, enhanced spam and virus protection and works better on cell phones.
You can use our SECURE web interface to check your mail:
NOTE MANY PEOPLE SIMPLY USE THE WEB INTERFACE RATHER THAN SETUP OUTLOOK.
If wish to setup with Outlook or other email clients please login with you complete email address and password to https://help.emailsrvr.com/
NOTE: You must setup a new profile/account do not edit the existing one.
If you are using our older mail service, please contact us to discuss moving to our new more secure enhanced service. In many cases you can upgrade absent any additional cost.

FAQ’s
1: Can’t find mail server.
Make certain you have check SSL and also are using your complete email address
2: My contacts are not listed.
You will need to export your clients from our old account into your new account.
3: None of my old mail is listed in my new account.
You will need to export your old mail and import to the new system, please see the following link for more info.
